Personal, Contemporary, Modern

I stay original, yet present in a modern interpretation. My focus are

flavors, the way I combine each ingredients to play an important balance to

each dish. My cuisine is composed incorporating my 5-pillar foundation.

Global – Infusion – Dehydrated  Seasonal – Local

I pen my creation on paper, sketching, scribble ideas, list out components,

transform into recipes, followed by style, method of cooking technique.. All main ingredients needs to be carefully handled through gentle touches, use of slow heat and execute to perfection. I cook what I have enjoyed and experienced through my journey and most important I like to share with guests, family and friends.

Cooking is a philosophy, its not a recipe -
unless it's pastry and then it's chemistry.
